About the Role

The PIU of the Uzbekistan Digital Inclusion Project (supported by the World Bank) is hiring an M&E Specialist to support effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in line with international standards and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement M&E frameworks for project activities.

• Monitor project progress and collect performance data.

• Prepare reports, briefs, and analytical documents.

• Coordinate surveys and support research and policy development.

• Collaborate with state agencies and contribute to communication efforts.

Requirements

• University degree in public administration, economics, finance, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of M&E or performance management experience.

• Experience with World Bank or donor-funded projects is a plus.

• Strong reporting and data coordination skills.

• Fluency in English, Uzbek, and Russian.

• Experience with public sector or policy work is an asset.
