Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain procurement strategies for assigned materials and services to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

• Manage RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes and establish effective supplier selection methods.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, including certification, selection, performance evaluation, portfolio management, collaboration, and development.

• Negotiate and sign contracts and agreements with suppliers in accordance with procurement policies and authorization procedures.

• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and promote a secure and well-regulated operational environment.

Requirement:

• Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3 to 10 years of procurement-related experience.
• In-depth understanding of procurement processes (e.g., supplier qualification, selection, contract management), including experience with related IT systems.
• Familiarity with materials, products, and application scenarios within the relevant category, including specifications, usage, key KPIs, techniques, procedures, and delivery timelines.
• Basic knowledge of international trade, contract law, compliance, and business etiquette.
• Financial literacy: ability to interpret financial reports and apply this knowledge in negotiations, risk assessments, and cost analysis.
• Preferably, experience in engineering project procurement or subcontracting (e.g., Data Center or similar projects).

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
