Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical brand management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, launching new products, and ensuring effective market positioning through data-driven decisions and impactful training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand growth strategies aligned with business objectives

• Plan and manage new product launches, ensuring seamless execution across teams

• Initiate and implement brand campaigns with clear performance metrics

• Conduct regular product training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and upskilling

• Perform market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

• Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to inform product positioning

• Define and communicate a clear product vision in alignment with overall business strategy

• Organize and deliver presentations for doctors and pharmacists on a regular basis

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medical field

• 2–5 years of experience in product or brand management in the pharmaceutical sector

• Previous experience in sales and/or training roles is an advantage

• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)

• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills
