Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for technical and administrative positions.
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (databases, LinkedIn, local portals, etc.).
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with technical departments.
• Maintain and updаtеthe candidate database (CV bank).
• Prepare recruitment status reports and support hiring plan execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures and labor regulations.
• Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, English (Turkish is an advantage).
• Experience with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
