OUR COMPANY from Saudi Arabia, which is building a 10 MW data center in Uzbekistan worth $150 million, will participate as a digital transformation partner of ICT WEEK Uzbekistan.

The company, which plans to invest $5 billion by 2030, aims to explore the IT market of Central Asia.

OUR COMPANY, which has extensive experience in developing important infrastructure projects around the world worth more than $95 billion, will be able to demonstrate its attractiveness to companies in the Central Asian market.

OUR COMPANY is searching for an English Speaking Recruitment Manager (preferable with an experience in data centres).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies by creating quarterly and annual recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, utilizing various sources including referrals, job boards among others
• Manage the recruitment budget effectively, optimizing costs while ensuring quality hires.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; gathering feedback and continuously improving the recruitment process based on candidate and hiring manager experiences and etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 7 to 10 years inhouse experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
