As Sales Manager at Ahlers you will be a part of the commercial team working on sales growth around the CIS countries. Ahlers offers to its customers logistics solutions which go beyond bringing goods from supplier to recipient. We manage the supply chain needs in all geographical corners, which means that you will manage and/or coordinate with your partners and colleagues the transport, customs clearance, warehousing, order to cash, reporting and other activities necessary for the project of your customers.

Key functional duties

- Work closely with the WE Sales mgr

  • To define international target customers list
  • To initiate business relationships with these target customers and create / convert opportunity pipeline.
  • Identifying market and customers' needs and opportunities (for example: development of partnerships, attending professional exhibitions and events, managing incoming enquiries, through the existing network, customer appointments/meetings etc.)
  • Participating in creating marketing strategies and analyzing the channels efficiency
  • Managing and qualifying leads/ opportunities
  • Defining services margins using net quotes provided by Operations and in accordance with the mark-up policy, business case calculation.
  • Providing accurate input for sales forecasts and plans

Key deliverables:

  • Profitable growth expressed in Revenue and GM
  • Pipeline Management
    • Leads generation rate
    • Growing opportunity pipeline size
    • Pipeline conversion rate
    • Opportunity velocity rate

Key Competencies

  • Minimum 6 years of Sales experience
  • Global coordination and communication skills
  • Аbility to connect on C-level at WE International companies
  • Strategic Marketing and thinking as base to make solid customer presentation to arouse interest and engagement.
  • Cold calling expertise
  • Ability to find a right method to close a sale.
  • Communication and negotiation expertise
  • Knowledge of English at Advanced level
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) will be an advantage.
