Responsibilities:

• Arrange flights and travel care services for customers, ensuring smooth flight bookings.
• Advise customers on travel arrangements and provide any necessary extras.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients, aiming to maximize repeat business.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Have a genuine passion for delivering consistent and outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrated track record of sales or profit generation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Technically adept and comfortable using computer applications and personal devices, with proficiency in navigating PC and basic MS Office.
• Possess a confident and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to learn and a commitment to personal development.

  20:00 - 04:00
  21:00 - 05:00
  22:00 - 06:00
  23:00 - 07:00
  00:00 - 08:00
  
• MORNING SHIFT
  06:00-14:00
