Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management and training of after-sales technical team to ensure the professional level of technical personnel.
2. Guide and solve complex technical problems to ensure maintenance quality.
3. participate in the development and updаtеof maintenance process and operation specifications.
4. monitor the progress and quality of maintenance work, and put forward improvement suggestions.
5. Coordinate spare parts supply and technical support to ensure service efficiency.
6. Regularly organize technical exchanges and training to improve team skills.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or related.
2. Experience: at least 3 years of automotive technical service or maintenance work experience.
3. Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
4. Skills: Strong fault diagnosis ability, technical guidance and team management ability.
5. knowledge: have a deep understanding of automotive structure and maintenance process, familiar with the latest automotive technology development.
6. Computer skills: proficient in computer operation, including MS Office suite and auto maintenance related software.
