We are looking for talented individuals with Application Support Admin experience to join our team

Primary Focus:
• Monitor the software application, document and analyze problems.
• Work closely with vendors to tune and troubleshoot problems.
• Maintain system documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services with vendors and clients, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments.
• Set up administrator and service accounts.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
• Enable best practices.
• Process automation

Main requirements:
• Experience of working with Linux and Windows servers at an administrator level.
• Experience of working with a client-server solution model
• Experience with PL/SQL, GIT, ORACLE DB, Postgres SQL
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, App Dynamics)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes will be an advantage
• Experience with JSON, XML and other data exchange formats
• Leadership skills in supporting and administering complex applications
• Experience with process automation, applying best practices to maximize efficiency
