Role Summary
Position: BTL Marketing Manager
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
At Transsion Holding, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BTL Marketing Manager to lead the execution of high-impact, on-ground marketing initiatives and brand activations.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving consumer engagement, retail visibility, and sales activation across key channels. You will work closely with sales, retail partners, and field teams to bring our brands to life through innovative and effective BTL campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
BTL Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive BTL strategies aligned with overall brand and sales objectives

Lead end-to-end execution of activations including retail campaigns, roadshows, events, and promoter programs
Retail & Trade Marketing
-
Design and implement in-store visibility solutions (POSM, branding, merchandising)

Collaborate with distributors and retail partners to drive sell-out performance
Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement

Plan and execute impactful brand activations to enhance customer experience and brand recall

Manage field teams and promoters to ensure consistent brand representation
Campaign Management & Product Launches

Support new product launches with strong offline activation strategies

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Market Insights & Performance Tracking

Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from field activities

Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize future initiatives
Partnerships & Local Collaborations

Identify and manage local partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement opportunities

Strengthen brand presence through strategic collaborations
Budget & Operations Management

Plan and manage BTL budgets efficiently

Ensure timely execution of activities within allocated resources
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, trade marketing, or field marketing (FMCG or smartphone industry preferred)

Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior in Uzbekistan

Experience in managing on-ground activations and field teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

High level of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence

Fluent in Russian and/or Uzbek; English is an advantage
