Distribution Marketing Manager

Duties:

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans focused on products and key value scenarios;
• Plan and implement marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, customer reach, and lead generation;
• Lead and standardize key marketing activities, including product launch events, partner recruitment events, and workshops;
• Build and maintain a unified marketing materials system to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels;
• Manage multi-channel marketing touchpoints, including digital platforms, exhibitions, partner websites, social media, and offline stores;
• Support and develop distribution partners by providing marketing training, guidance, and enablement programs;
• Assist partners in building localized marketing capabilities, teams, and operational processes;
• Promote and drive adoption of digital platforms (e.g., official website, apps, and digital tools) to improve marketing efficiency and engagement;
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to implement innovative marketing initiatives and improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within distribution business or ICT industry;
• Experience in marketing data communication, IT, or technology-related products is an advantage;
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events;
• Strong understanding of distribution marketing models and channel marketing strategies;
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media, and multi-channel marketing;
• Strong market analysis and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Fluency in English, Russian and Uzbek.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
