Contract & Commercial Manager

Duties:

• Contract Management: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and commercial standards, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth execution;
• Risk & Compliance Control: Identify and manage commercial and legal risks, ensuring contract enforceability and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
• Deal Support: Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies, facilitating deal closure while ensuring profitability and legal soundness;
• Business Advisory: Provide strategic commercial guidance for sales projects, including contract structuring, pricing models, and negotiation strategies to maximize business efficiency;
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless contract execution and alignment with business objectives;
• Process Improvement: Design and implement contract-related business rules, frameworks, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and transaction effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business management, finance, economics, or a related field;
• 3-5 years of experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, or a related legal/business function;
• Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Uzbek is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines;
• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of handling challenges under pressure;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and contract/legal research tools.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
