Objective:
- The main purpose of a Customer support (dispatcher) is to efficiently coordinate the movement of trucks and shipments. The core objective revolves around ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing routes, managing resources effectively, and maintaining clear communication between drivers, customers, team members and departments.
Schedule: 03:00 - 15:00 (Tashkent time)
Duties:
- Communication: Maintaining regular contact with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and address any issues that may arise during transit.
- Problem-solving: Resolving any logistical challenges or unexpected delays that may occur during transportation, such as unplanned transit or pick-up/delivery issues.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to shipments, delivery schedules, and any other logistics-related matters.
- Documentation: Ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and filed.
- Compliance: Ensuring that drivers adhere to all relevant safety regulations, including hours-of-service regulations and proper load securement.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Utilizing tracking systems and software to monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and stakeholders.
Required competencies:
- Knowledge of English (B2-C1).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
