• Overseeing the creation, review, revision, distribution, and archival of documents.
• Ensuring documents adhere to company, regulatory, and legal standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of document versions, revisions, and approvals.
• Facilitating access to accurate information for relevant personnel.
• Implementing and maintaining document control systems and procedures.
• Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Training staff on document control processes and best practices.
• Working with various departments to meet documentation needs.
• Safeguarding confidential and sensitive information.
• Implementing and Maintaining Archiving Systems (both physical and digital documents).
• Retrieving and Arranging Materials.

• Performing Transcription and Conversion Work.

• Ability to manage large volumes of information and maintain accurate records.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all document control activities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various teams in both English, Russian and/or Uzbek.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to document control processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.

• Accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring data integrity.
