Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing and answering audit and assurance-related formal and informal queries from KPMG audit engagement teams in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA’s), ISAE and ISRE and so on.
• Responsible for coaching and providing input to audit teams during the consultation process.
• Active involvement in the preparation of the content for audit updates and various training materials on ISA’s to KPMG partners and staff.
• Staying up to date with developments in both local standards, ISA, ISRE and ISAE through internal research, participation in relevant trainings and involvement in topic teams.
• Regulatory reviews and internal quality inspections and supporting the engagement partners in addressing audit methodology matters raised during such reviews.
• Active involvement on specific projects within DPP Assurance, including development of internal methodology guidance and other intellectual resources

• Good working knowledge and understanding of ISA, ISAE, ISRE and ISRM

Minimum requirements to apply for the role

• A candidate has to be an Audit Manager or Senior Manager level with total audit experience of at least 7-10 years;
• Good computer skills (Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English;
• ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
