Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality drivers.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make employment recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with driving schools, employment agencies, and other recruitment sources.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure swift fulfillment of driving positions.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
