Qualifications

• Must be able to negotiate hard with vendors.
• Be well-versed in commercial practices, business legislation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Previous experience in a procurement role

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall procurement strategy and operations.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure
• Ensure compliance with all procurement regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and report on procurement metrics and savings achieved.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to enhance performance and professional development.
