We are looking for Procurement & Contract Management Specialist who will have

Responsibilities:

• Assist international consultant in design, administer and monitor all procurement activities to ensure compliance with agreed procurement frameworks in collaboration with the international Procurement & Contract Management Specialist
• Assist in prepare bid documents in compliance with JICA procurement guidelines. Bid documents will be prepared for ICB for construction works
• Assist in the preparation of invitation for bids, evaluation of bids received, and award of construction works contracts
• Assist in evaluate the bids and prepare the evaluation reports
• Assist in contract negotiation
• Prepare Tender Document Report
• Prepare Technical Evaluation Report
• Prepare Tender Evaluation Report

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering
• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian languages, English preferable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in procurement of architectural works: 10 years
• Experience as a procurement specialist in two ICB contract projects more than USD 5 Million

A successful candidate must be hardworking and able to meet deadlines, have good teamwork abilities, be open and internationally minded. Deep knowledge of the subject.
