Position: HR Coordinator

The Canadian School of Tashkent (CST) is the first Canadian international school in Uzbekistan, delivering a modern, skill-focused, Canadian education licensed by Nova Scotia, Canada. We are looking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated HR Coordinator urgently. If you are passionate about people, making a positive impact, and supporting a thriving school community, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for staff across all school functions

• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and employment matters

• Assist with performance management processes and employee relations cases

• Ensure HR activities comply with Uzbekistan Labour Law and CST policies

• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll inputs, leave records, and employee files

• Support staff engagement, recognition, and training initiatives

• Maintain and updаtеemployee data in the HR management information system and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years HR experience (ideally in an international or educational environment)

• Familiarity with Uzbekistan Labour Code

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Uzbek (Russian is an advantage)

• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
