Responsibilities:

• Serve as subject matter expert for Atlassian products including research on upcoming features/releases which can be used for continuous improvements and recommendations on new plugins/applications to enhance functionality.
• You will gather requirements for JIRA Project requests and work with internal Paradigm stakeholders, who have various levels familiarity with JIRA, to identify needs to optimize and support our JIRA system.
• Partner with internal teams that use our Jira instance to manage their work, build solutions that meet their unique needs, and determine ways to optimize and improve Jira/Confluence setup and workflows.
• You will work with & support end-users to gather requirements, identify, vet, install and administer Atlassian plug-ins, add-ons and extensions create and maintain JIRA filters, dashboards, workflows, fields, and schema.
• Manage all critical aspects of Atlassian tooling including but not limited to workflows, screen schemes, automations, JQL, reporting, permissions, notifications, custom fields, marketplace add-ons, and integrations.
• You will resolve issues as they arise with JIRA Projects in coordination with stakeholders and IT team.
• Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite.
• You will perform application and system tasks, create, and maintain JIRA Automation
• Support and resolve issues as they arise including investigation and advanced troubleshooting for reported issues in Atlassian products.
• You will help maintain JIRA security standards and governance, including managing user permissions based on the needs of the project, functional area, or role.

Requirements:

• Hard skills: Project setups, Components, JIRA reporting, report filters, dashboard creation, automation, custom JQL, and troubleshooting issues.
• Soft skills: critical thinking, creative development experience, requirements analysis capabilities, good communication skills, integrity, excellent organization skills, and problem-solving skills.

• 2+ years of experience as a JIRA Administrator.
