Leading the Kindergarten (EYP IB Programme)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to lead the implementation and ongoing development of our IB Early Years Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the IB curriculum, overseeing teacher development, supporting the inquiry-based learning model, and ensuring compliance with IB standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of staff for a kindergarten
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the IB Early Years Programme
• Guide, mentor, and support teaching staff in IB philosophy and practice
• Coordinate curriculum planning and documentation in line with IB guidelines
• Ensure the learning environment reflects IB principles and supports student inquiry
• Collaborate with administration on school-wide initiatives and strategic planning
• Liaise with the IB organization regarding programme updates, authorization, and evaluation
• Organize parent workshops and communication to promote understanding of the IB approach

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience in an IB Early Years setting (PYP or EYP)
• Prior experience in a leadership or coordinator role in an IB school is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of IB philosophy and curriculum standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English, Russian (spoken and written)
