The PR and Media Management Department is seeking a dynamic and innovative educator to teach and mentor students in public relations, media management, and digital communications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of PR, media strategy, storytelling, and digital media campaigns. This role involves developing and delivering engaging coursework that equips students with the skills to excel in today's rapidly evolving media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Syllabus/Curriculum Development: Design, prepare, and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on PR, media management, digital communications, and social media strategy.
• Create and updаtеcourse materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments, with a focus on industry relevance.
• Utilize case-base teaching methods and technologies to engage students, enhance learning outcomes, and promote practical application.
• Student Mentorship & Support: Advise and mentor students on academic and career development in PR and media management.
• Guide students through projects and case studies that foster critical thinking and hands-on experience.
• Support student initiatives and involvement in PR and media-related competitions, workshops, and conferences.
• Research & Professional Development: Conduct research and stay current with industry trends, media technology, and new PR strategies.
• Publish work in academic journals or industry publications and contribute to knowledge advancement in PR and media management.
• Engage with media professionals and networks to strengthen industry connections and enhance learning opportunities for students.
• Administrative & Collaborative Responsibilities: Participate in department meetings, curriculum reviews, and contribute to departmental goals and development.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop cross-disciplinary courses and projects.
• Actively participate in university events, open days, and community outreach related to PR and media.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Public Relations, Media Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in PR, media, or digital
• communications.
• Demonstrated teaching experience, with a record of effective and innovative pedagogy.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools, social media platforms, analytics, and media strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with emerging media platforms and content creation tools.
• Experience in student-centered learning, case study teaching, or project-based learning.
• Ability to develop partnerships with industry professionals and media organizations.
