• Provide legal advice and support, deal with company contracts, agreements and legal documents.
• Ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations to prevent legal risks.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and provide legal advice and programs.
• Manage all legal matters related to the company, including intellectual property protection, compliance inspection, etc.
• Handle legal disputes and litigation cases on behalf of the company.
• Follow up the latest legal and regulatory changes and updаtеthe company's compliance policy.

• Education: Bachelor of Law or above, major in law.
• Experience: at least 3 years of legal work experience.
• Language: Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
• Skills: legal analysis, research, negotiation and copywriting ability.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial law, contract law, labor law, etc.
• Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and PowerPoint.
