3.1. Plan and organize logistics processes, including supply scheduling, route planning, and calculation of necessary transport and time resources.
3.2. Organize the full transportation cycle — sеlесttype of transport, prepare routes, and process all required transport and accompanying documents (requests, waybills, etc.).
3.3. Monitor the movement and status of goods at all stages of transportation.
3.4. Process logistics requests from stores, including:
 • deposit returns,
 • outlet returns,
 • return of anti-theft clips.
3.5. Coordinate work with transport companies, carriers, and warehouse service providers.
3.6. Cooperate with the Procurement Department to organize delivery of equipment and materials.
3.7. Track delivery schedules and ensure timely communication to relevant departments in case of delays.
3.8. Control goods receipt at the warehouse — verify quantity and quality against accompanying documents.
3.9. Participate in planned and ad hoc inventory counts; analyze discrepancies and prepare reports.
3.10. Handle claims related to delivery delays, cargo damage, or loss; prepare claim documentation and coordinate compensation with responsible parties.
3.11. Maintain logistics and warehouse documentation: requests, waybills, invoices, receipts, and shipment records.
3.12. Prepare daily and monthly reports on logistics and warehouse activities.
3.13. Ensure data accuracy and timely entry into warehouse or logistics systems (1C/WMS).
3.14. Follow internal rules on occupational safety, hygiene, and operational discipline.

• Secondary specialized or higher education (preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes: receipt, storage, shipment, and inventory control.
• Understanding of documentation and reporting in warehouse logistics.
• Proficiency in Excel, 1C, and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Teamwork skills and readiness for operational tasks.
