Responsibilities:
• Monitor driver compliance with company safety policies and FMCSA regulations
• Communicate with drivers regarding safety violations, incidents, inspections, and documentation requirements
• Review safety reports, inspections, and violations to ensure compliance standards are met
• Monitor driver behavior and provide guidance regarding company safety procedures
• Handle accident reports, roadside inspections, and safety-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety operations
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and other departments to resolve safety-related matters
• Assist drivers with safety procedures and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements:
• English level: Advanced / C1 or higher (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations professionally
• Logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Candidates without logistics experience are welcome if they demonstrate strong English communication skills, quick learning ability, and high motivation
