Marketing Specialist | Pre-opening International Hotel in Tashkent

We are a team of a renowned international hotel brand preparing to launch a new property in Tashkent. As part of our dynamic pre-opening team, we are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to lead communications, coordinate with agencies, and ensure full brand alignment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with SMM and PR agencies (content creation, digital campaigns, media launches)
• Collaborating with internal departments (Sales, F&B, HR) to support and implement marketing initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with global brand standards across all communication materials
• Supporting pre-opening marketing needs: media kits, welcome guides, internal and external communications
• Assisting in planning and execution of promotions, events, and partnership activations

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or agency side)
• Is a strong communicator and highly organized
• Speaks fluent Uzbek, Russian and has a confident command of English (written and verbal)
• Feels comfortable managing designers, photographers, SMM teams, and other creatives
• Has a great sense of branding, visual aesthetics, and tone of voice
