Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company operations processes to ensure efficient performance across all departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.

• Coordinate work among various departments (logistics, finance, marketing, sales) to achieve key objectives.

• Monitor compliance with business processes and quality standards.

• Analyze current operations, identify problem areas, and propose optimization solutions.

• Prepare reports for management, including financial and operational metrics.

• Manage resources (human, material, and financial) to maximize productivity.

• Train and support employees on operational processes.

• Collaborate with partners and contractors to ensure effective cooperation and contract fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Higher education in management, economics, business, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations management (experience in logistics or manufacturing preferred).

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with business process management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

• Knowledge of financial accounting basics and cost management.

• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and pressure.

• Team management and project management experience.

• Strong negotiation and partner communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Russian at C1-C2 level
