• Monitor foreign and local markets, forecast and track price dynamics for similar groups of products.

• Analyze the competitive environment of the Karcher product groups; analyze the needs of clients/consumers in order to increase sales of various product categoriesAnalyze the activities of competitors in respect of the following criteria: prices, assortment, promotional activity

• Responsible for the process of licensing and certification of products

• Develop marketing strategies, predict the profitability of a given product and its payback; plan promotion and development; predict supply and demand fluctuations

• Form and change the range of products, plan the introduction and development of products on the local market

• Communicate with the head office on technical and production specifications, global product and marketing strategies of the company. (Communication in English or German)

• Plan, control, coordinate and monitor the development and implementation programs for assigned products or product groups, including: formation of an assortment policy for a product group; participate in budgeting, analysis and forecast of return on investment in a new products; carry out pricing of products and services; participate in the development and implementation of plans for the presentation and marketing of new/existing products and sale channels; participate in testing prototypes on the market;

• Conduct product trainings on household goods assortment for customer sales staff

• Analyse and monitor sales, marketing activities and stocks

• Coordinate demand planning; achieve the planned level of marginality

• Develop, implement and coordinate marketing programs for specific products or product groups

• Participate in Karcher global projects.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor's university degree in Economics, Business or Marketing and at least 2 years successful experience as Product Manager/ KAM or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), 1C.

• Excellent at dealing with large amounts of information
