Quality Assurance Specialist (English is a MUST)

We are seeking a meticulous and process-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and user experience. The QA Specialist will play a critical role in safeguarding product quality through comprehensive testing, issue tracking, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and desktop applications.

• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and compatibility testing across browsers and devices.

• Log, prioritize, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and resolve issues.

• Review and validate bug fixes before deployment.

• Maintain and improve testing procedures, documentation, and quality metrics.

• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated QA processes.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance.

  • Proven background in manual and automated testing of web applications.

• Technical Skills:

  • Automation testing experience is REQUIRED (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Proficiency in bug tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

  • Knowledge of SQL for basic database validation.

• Language Requirement:

  • Fluent written and spoken English is a MUST.

• Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing SaaS products and Google Workspace/Outlook integrations.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and browser developer tools.

• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
