Main responsibilities:
1. Assist in communicating and managing dealer store activities, collect activity reports, and participate in monthly evaluation assessments.
2. Assist in communicating and managing dealer live streaming activities, participate in training and evaluations, and establish various rules and regulations.
3. Analyze and summarize dealer store activity and live streaming data, develop optimization measures, enhance the effectiveness of store activities and live streams, and achieve sales lead targets.

Requirements：
1. Proficiency in Chinese and Russian, with fluency in verbal expression.
2. At least 2 years of experience in event planning, social media platforms, or e-commerce platforms.
3. Familiarity with Instagram or YouTube, with experience managing official accounts.
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and proactive in promoting cross-department communication.
