• Proven experience in HV OHL projects (≥220 kV; preferably 500 kV).

  Strong technical knowledge of tower erection, stringing, and testing.

  Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors

  Familiarity with IEC / IEEE standards and client-specific specifications.

  Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (planning) and MS Office (reporting).

  Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering.

  Experience: 8–10 years in HV OHL projects (≥220 kV; preferably 500 kV).

  Technical Knowledge:

• Tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, and OPGW installation.
• Survey verification and tower alignment.
• Familiarity with IEC / IEEE standards.
• Core Competencies:
• Leadership and team management.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera & MS Office.
• Good communication skills with client and contractors
