• Written Translation
  Translate technical, legal, financial, and administrative project documents including:
• Terms of Reference, contracts, and procurement documentation
  • Project reports, strategies, and studies
  • Training materials, guidelines, manuals, and presentations
  • Official correspondence and meeting minutes.
• Oral Interpretation
  Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during
  • Meetings between national stakeholders and international consultants
  • Donor missions, field visits, workshops, and training sessions
  • Online conferences (e.g., via Zoom, MS Teams) with foreign partners.
  • Deliverables
  • Professionally translated documents delivered in editable formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF)
  • Accurate oral interpretation during project events
  • Timely delivery of all assignments according to agreed schedules
  • Maintenance of consistent terminology based on project glossaries and references

• A University degree in Translation, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in translating and interpreting in the context of donor-funded or government-led projects
• Native or fluent proficiency in Uzbek, with excellent command of English and Russian
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with CAT tools or translation memory software is preferred
• Professional ethics and ability to handle confidential information.
