Duties:

• Uzbekistan Working Permit - applying permit, prolongation, controlling, payments, Relationship with Government Organizations.
• Work with MFA applying invitation, controlling, payments.
• Control all Working Visa and business Visa process, registration.
• Support Expats with foreign visa procedure, work with embassy.

• Works with Manager, liaison officer and visa documentation.

• Performs other duties assigned, material liability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;

• Languages: Russian (fluent), English (fluent), Chinese (fluent);

• With 1 to 2 years of related work experience in law or corporate setup;

• Must know the passport-visa regime law, know the organizations where registration visas are received;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, face to face interactions and documentation (via email and drafting & proofreading of documents);

• Willingness and ability to work under pressure and fast-paced cross-cultural environment;

• Ability to resolve critical issues and the ability to work with a large amount of work;

• Excellent time management and organizing skills;

• Extremely detail oriented well regimented in handling simultaneous tasks;

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
