CG Hardware is a well-established and rapidly growing division of Crystalia Glass — the leading manufacturer of glass partitions in the United States, focused on delivering premium hardware solutions for the construction and glazing industries. This strong foundation and close collaboration have allowed us to develop and refine the highest standards of quality, reliability, and product compatibility.

Today, our hardware can be seen in projects for brands such as SpaceX, Starbucks, Nike, and Yves Saint Laurent.

After many years of successful use in tens of thousands of commercial and residential projects, CG Hardware is now opening its product line to B2B clients. We are making professional-grade hardware — tested and proven in real-life installations — available to architects, builders, interior designers, and glass system manufacturers throughout the United States.

Your work will be supported by the direct involvement of the owner/CEO and a dedicated team. You will also receive a tailored training program designed to deepen your knowledge of our product range and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES (EST Time Zone - NY)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients in construction, distribution, architecture, and related industries;

  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling;

  • Build contact lists and initiate conversations with key decision-makers;

  • Present the value proposition of CG Hardware and generate interest in our products;

  • Maintain organized records and reporting in the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent);

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or B2B lead generation;

  • Strong research skills and persistence in reaching out to new prospects;

  • Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is preferred;

  • Experience with CRM systems and outbound tools;

  • Resilient mindset, self-motivation, and ability to handle rejection professionally;

  • Plus: knowledge of construction, building materials, or hardware sales;

Job Type: Full-time, Remotely

Pay: Fixed Salary and uncapped commission based on goals performed
