Job Description:

The Chief Manager of the Asian Division will be responsible for attracting IT outsourcing and BPO companies from Asian markets (with a focus on Japan) and facilitating their registration as residents of IT Park Uzbekistan. This is a key strategic role with a strong focus on driving export growth and developing international business partnerships.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Proficiency in Japanese language at C1 level or higher (mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets

• Excellent communication and soft skills

• Previous experience in logistics, call centers, sales, or business development

• Experience using CRM systems

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with private-sector IT, BPO, and service companies across Asian countries (with priority on Japan)

• Organize and conduct online meetings and Zoom calls with potential companies

• Maintain professional email communication and follow-ups

• Deliver clear and engaging presentations about IT Park and its benefits

• Achieve and report on monthly KPIs

• Successfully onboard companies from Asia as IT Park residents

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working or living in Japan or other Asian countries

• Experience working in the BPO/outsourcing sector in Asia

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position

• Office-based position at IT Park Uzbekistan (with international outreach)
