Dyninno group, where you can be yourself and where we empower your dreams, is now seeking candidates for the Employer Branding Specialist position.

What you will do:

• Partnerships & Sponsorships: Continuously assess partnership and advertising opportunities.
• Event Management: Plan and execute internal and external events for employee engagement, including corporate events, promos, job fairs, and sports activities; negotiate vendor contracts.
• Branding & Content Creation: Implement internal branding; develop and updаtеsuccess stories, lifecycle content, and branded materials; create localized messaging and handle all copywriting.
• Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan with set goals, budget, and KPIs; approve plans with HR and Global PR Directors.
• PR Analytics & Adjustments: Monitor PR & IC metrics quarterly; adjust strategies as needed; ensure positive ROI on all PR initiatives.
• Reputation & Media Relations: Maintain a strong presence in external channels; develop a media relations strategy; manage relationships with local media and arrange media coverage.
• Conferences & Awards: Manage participation strategy; arrange speaking engagements, prepare award applications, and assess performance.
• Social Media & Campaigns: Oversee content for social media pages and set promotional campaigns as per branding guidelines.

What you will bring:

• up to 3 years of relevant experience

• An exceptional writer (English) in creating content in a variety of styles (press releases, bylines, social media, internal stories), with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Mastery of all global and country-specific SocMed platforms and communication channels (content, promo, influencers, analytics, reputation)

• Experience in event management

• Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to comfortably navigate a complex matrix organisation and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different management levels, geographies and cultures is imperative

• Ability of decision-making in spheres of responsibility

• Ability to learn quickly and to adapt to new operational/business environments

• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills

• Excellent organisational and planning skills

• Ability to think “out-of-the-box” with proven business cases
