Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to grow in an international business environment and develop strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact with vendors via Email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and phone.

  • Request quotations and product documentation (brochures, catalogs, authorization letters).

  • Clarify product specifications and tender requirements with vendors.

  • Follow up regularly with vendors to meet deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate and systematic records of communication in our database.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth information flow.

  • Follow internal communication guidelines, documentation standards, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and professional correspondence skills.

  • Proactive approach to following up with vendors.

  • Strong organizational skills to track multiple communications.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of vendor information.

  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and email communication tools.

  • Familiarity with WeChat and WhatsApp is a plus.

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and methods.

  • Professionalism and responsible attitude in all communications.

Conditions

  • Position Type: Full-time permanent employment.

  • Work Environment: Supportive and collaborative team with mentorship and skill development opportunities.

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
