Our Client International Oil and Gas Company is looking for the logistics specialist role meeting below criteria’s:

Performs all Analyst and Specialist duties under limited supervision, reviews analyze and recommends transportation and distribution methods and procedures to develop and utilize the most economically advantageous and efficient means of delivering the organization's products.
Manages complex tasks and responsibilities to a high standard with 100% accuracy.
Works closely with Trade Compliance Group and will assist lower-level personnel and participate in training.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory finished goods via rail cars, air, and trucks. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.
Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing, and contractual obligations,
Re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize costs
Special project support if required.
Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements.
Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions.
Provide standard and comprehensive reports to supervisor.
To support/track temporary imports, control of re-declaration process
To proceed with the documentation for the tools scrapping in the accordance with Governmental legislation and company policy.
KPI achievement to 100%
- Ensures company operations in accordance with state legislation, statutory provisions and requirements and Company Policies
Coordinates customs clearance for import/export shipments in Uzbekistan
Coordinates import and export transportation in Uzbekistan
Coordinates domestics transportation of materials with all required shipping documentation and in accordance with HSE and customer requirements in Uzbekistan
Contacts vendors, customers, carriers, etc. to coordinate transportation and resolve any problems and issues for Uzbekistan scope
Executes all shipping documentation required for goods transportation.
To control the funds in customs and to provide EFO with required data (for reconciliation and indication)
To provide Finance Department with required data for PO issue and invoicing for re-chargeable jobs.
to control the status of any single shipment activity on the daily basis and track it in the reporting files. to provide weekly and monthly reports for imports, exports, domestic transportation, cost saving, job volumes, shipments tracking etc
To investigate all possible opportunities for cost saving for the company
To take all necessary actions to mitigate and evaluate any exposure for the Company upon provision of correct and timely actions.
Maintains required SAP records.
Other related duties as assigned by management.
