Job Opening: HR Recruiter (U.S. Trucking Company)

Schedule: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Tashkent time)
Location: In-office (Tashkent)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Format: In-house

About the Role:

We are a U.S.-based trucking company actively hiring Owner-Operators across the United States. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and lead the driver hiring process from start to finish. This is a key role in helping us grow a strong and reliable fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting CDL drivers (Owner-Operators) through internal databases and external channels

• Conducting phone interviews and evaluating driver qualifications

• Managing hiring documentation (CDL, MVR, Drug Test, Clearinghouse, etc.)

• Guiding candidates through each stage of the onboarding process

• Working with recruiting platforms and job boards

• Collaborating closely with dispatchers and management to understand hiring needs

Requirements:

✔️ At least 1 year of recruiting experience (experience in the trucking industry is a plus)
✔️ Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
✔️ Excellent communication and persuasive skills
✔️ Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
✔️ High attention to detail, organization, and responsibility

Compensation:

• Base salary + bonuses for every successful hire

• Work schedule: 5/2 or 6/1, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Tashkent time
