Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market position;
• Manage the brand’s identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials;
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, including product launches, promotional activities, and events;
• Conduct market research to monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and brand performance;
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product development) to ensure brand alignment and effective execution;
• Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives;
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance and market insights;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to branding and marketing activities;
• Participate in business trips to oversee brand initiatives in different regions..

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in the tobacco, alcohol, or FMCG industries is required;
• Proficiency in Russian and English; knowledge of Uzbek is desirable;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams;
• Willingness to travel for business trips;
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to drive brand growth.
